Visiting the Marie Curie ‘Garden of Light’ at St Paul’s Cathedral

On the 1st March Marie Curie launched their garden of light, a beautiful tribute to the work of their nurses. The garden features 2,100 illuminated daffodils and each one represents a Marie Curie Nurse here in the UK. The project was inspired by the handmade poppy installation at the Tower of London in 2014. Although nowhere near as large scale it was still a moving experience.
